Hi - Is there an issue just now adding attachments? Getting the error below across multiple apps. No issues uploading directly into Airtable.

Hi David, yes we're having a problem with our file upload service this morning unfortunately. We are still investigating but suspect it's an outage with one of our providers. I'll keep you updated once we know more.
