    Ben Spencer (ben@stackerhq.com) created new incident Short unplanned outages due to database maintenance with status Resolved. _ Stacker V5 "Astra" had three short outage periods where all requests to the service failed on Monday between 12:30 and 14:00 UTC. Each of the three outage periods lasted 1-2 minutes. This was a result of some routine database changes causing an unforseen conflict which prevented normal queries from being processed. Because it was part of changes we were making manually we were able to identify and resolve the issue almost immediately. _ _ We apologies for the disrption this would have caused to any users online at the time. We're reviewing our processes which should have protected aginst thins kind of conflict. _ View this Incident

    Hi all, I've just added a status report (see above) about a series of three 1-2 minute outages we had on Stacker V5 "Astra" on Monday, between 12:30 and 14:00 UTC. Apologies again to anyone whose work was disrupted by this problem. We're working to make sure our processes which should have flagged this as being a problem ahead of time really do so in future. Stacker V4 "Classic" was not affected.

    Hi all, we didn't manage to complete our database update today, and there was no downtime. Instead we have postponed and the downtime will now be tomorrow 12th November at 08:00 UTC and will last around 10 minutes. This will affect both Classic and Astra.

    Is anyone else encountering a sync issue with AirTable this morning? All of my Astra-based apps are giving me a base is inaccessible error. I have tried reauthenticating multiple times and logging out of Stacker to no effect.
