Great to know this is an issue. I was about to embark on this journey myself, so this helped me to realise why NOT to separate out the tables in AT. Also following this post to watch for ideas and progress 🙂

@loud-magazine-63930 Depending on your setup and how many users you have, you could have them as collaborators. That way they could get added to all apps automatically. You would still need to have something in Airtable that would help link the users to specific Airtable records, but I believe it might be doable.

We would also benefit from avoiding needless account creation on each apps, and share the same user account across a set of apps.
