Hey @rich-thailand-76551,
Users on the newest, non-customer access version of Stacker do not have a password by default—they use magic links instead. That said, they should be able to generate a password by going through the reset password flow, which is the https://xxx/reset-password flow.
For Customer Access version of Stacker, they should be able to reset the password by going to the external access link and then
