Hi Ian, the website domain is hosted on Cloudflare located in Belgium. Unfortunately, if they are on a restricted network or vpn blocking our requests, they will not be able to access the app on that network. Please feel free to PM or email me at support@stackerhq.com and we can troubleshoot in more detail.

Their school's IT dept unblocked Belgium, and they can now access the site.
