This looks complicated and to be honest I don’t have the time to fully wrap my head around all of what you are trying to do, but I’m wondering what you have done to establish Roles & Permissions that might support the restricted views you are trying to create, rather than trying to do this with Stacker’s somewhat limited tools for setting conditional visibility within a layout view? My gut sense is that this should be approached from the relational schema perspective and how you deal with making sure that redundant email addresses do not become problematic in your Stacker Users tables. And then using Roles and Permissions so that your Verified Suppliers vs Contacts are only getting to the places & records intended for them that way.
