@loud-magazine-63930 I believe you’re confused as to whom the workspace is intended for, it’s not meant to be used by your customers, it’s meant to be used by your staff, the people actually building the apps. At least, that’s what I thought so far. (and that’s why the pricing model doesn’t match your need)
And there is no way to build a “roles and permissions across multiple apps”, each app has it’s own roles and users.

@*Ambroise Dhenain* Yes, my understanding of the Workspace is as you describe, but wouldn’t it make sense to have a customer based workspace where everyone has access to viewing multiple apps at their disposal? Right now it seems that having to separately define roles and permissions for multiple apps based on user tables within each app, is redundant and adds complexity to rolling out a multi-app solution. And then, unless I’m still confused, when those external customers login, they are only seeing and acting in one app at a time.
