When the the Comments and Notifications functionality is enabled: 1. Does a user who types @... get a list of every user in the instance who they can tag? This potentially a big privacy leak... 2. Are email notifications meant to be sent when you tag a specific user or any time a comment gets made for anyone who is following that thread?
