Hi @millions-army-64326 The user table should refresh along with the data, so up to 15 minutes. I would love to take a closer look at what you’re seeing. Could you please give me more information, like the app URL, in a DM?

@elegant-eve-85294 out of interest, is this timing issue resolved by the latest version of user access? So was this specific to the initial user access implementation (with customer access) or is it still the same with the latest implementation?

Hi @happy-easter-55311 It is possible that due to caching the user will not show up after a data sync. In these cases, reloading the app helps show the new user. This is what happened in Ruchika’s case as far as I could tell. The sync from Airtable is still around 15 minutes, though the new user model makes it possible to manually invite users directly from Stacker when the user table sync option is set to manual.

@elegant-eve-85294 I’m having a similar issue, but refreshing the whole base didn’t fix it, neither did refreshing the Stacker page. And it’s been way more than 15mn. Could you report this as a bug? I believe it’s a regression, it didn’t use to behave this way.
Still empty on a new app that was created 30mn ago, no matching users although they’re displayed correctly on their list page, so they’re being found, but not displayed in the “All customers”.
Finally visible...
Adding another user, it was synched a few minutes later. So, for me, the issue happened during the first sync.

@sticky-night-20812 I kept seeing the same behaviour, @elegant-eve-85294 suggested reloading the app to clear cache and that worked everytime

I think my issue was sligthly different, probably a mixup of two different problems 😄
