I have a table "contacts" with an email address field. I used this as my user table.
I have a second table "client" with which contact records are linked.
I have a bunch of tables (assets, contracts, whatever) which then have links to the company record.
But for the life of me, I can't get permissions working so that a contact of a particular company can only view things linked to their company record.
The how-to video showed the email address living in the primary company record, but that woudl seem to limit this app to a single user, and doesn't make sense to me architecturally. Any pro tips?
OK, so I setup a test airtable with a very simple schema that works the way I would expect this to. So I must just be missing something. I'll update this thread once i figure it out.

So if I'm understanding you, the schema would go... Clients have contacts contacts have assets So I would make the main table clients... Then your contacts table has an "associated client" field (linked record) – which then you can pull any data into the client side... Then you have an assets table... Then your assets table has an "associated contacts" field (linked record)... If you set it up that way you should be able to in stacker use the "include only related fields" for the assets, contract, and the clients. I'm sure you're doing some of this but the order is pretty particular in order for it to work the right way.

Hi guys! Apologies for the delay in my response. I did figure this out. Fix was to delete and recreate the app. Something I did in my testing broke it, and even deleting and relinking Airtable didn't resolve.
