You'd need to have a relationship column in airtable between the project and the investor (which is modified everytime someone invests in a project) and then display the record only if the investor is in that column

Under Stacker X one “rule” I try to remember is; Each Role gets assigned to 1 Customer Access List. The relationship between setting up and defining Roles in conjunction with Customer Access lists and Permissions is often a place of confusion. Start by confirming you have a Role setup for Projects and Investors first. that also involves confirming what Pages they have access to. Then make sure you have created a Customer Access list for both Projects and Investors too. You’ll set a default Role under each. You’ll also need to make sure you are configuring User Profiles if you have multiple user tables defined. Finally, create your Permissions rules. I usually create separate Permissions to Create, Update, and Access records. You’ll need to define Permissions for each base table. This is an area just begging for greater simplification by the Stacker team…
Here’s a set of screen shots that I use to help guide me through the whole (convoluted) process of defining a relationship where only people within a given company can see their own company data, but not that of other companies (in this case, Law Firm Contacts only seeing records from within their own Law firm). Stacker tech support please chime in if I’m wrong or off base on any of this…
