Hey @flat-air-26866, the external users will be able to see the test app only if they’ve been added to that test app as users/customers.
If they’re not on the user list of the test app, please send us all the details through the support widget (Question mark icon) and we’ll gladly take a look.

• Which user can see both Apps/Workspaces
• URLs of both Apps/Workspaces
