The only way I see would be to dynamically create a button using custom JS, that does something custom on click, such as: • opening a new page in another app (custom) where such ability is displayed • or executes some custom JS (e.g: open a custom UI) • or use an iframe to open another app where it’s possible Long story short, it’s not possible natively, and it’ll be quite some work to allow it within Stacker using some custom code.

Thanks Ambroise, this is much as I feared! Might just leave this for now and hope that perhaps Stacker implement inline editing at some point 🤞

I heard they were working on a “sheet” view, but that was a long time ago, not sure if it’s still planned. Not sure if it would help your issue either.

It's only x3 fields per row, so if they could "paste" into the sheet view to create new records (i.e. much like Airtable), then this would resolve the issue 🙂

A sheet view is something that would be awesome. I recently did an Airtable interface view for a colleague that exposed a sheet view combined with related records etc, and it was a very powerful workflow
