What about a pre-filled form?
I use a prefilled form to quickly duplicate expenses. Kind of a similar idea.
Another option is via action buttons that trigger a checkbox on the record + an automation
but that will take 15 min to sync

It’s basically a long ass URL in Airtable with each field value being replaced by the record value via a formula

Got it, that appears to be promising! Just wondering, how would the ID of the current user triggering it be added to that url? Can’t create a separate url for every user 🙂
Ah or maybe utilizing the “created by” field for that could work! I do remember that there is some option to fill that automatically from stacker, right?
& just to confirm: those pre-filled create forms also work on Stacker X, right? Because the instruction is describing it in Classic

Defer to @elegant-eve-85294 since I only use classic but my understanding is there is feature parity between the two

Ah got it, thats because there was a required field in the create form. Made it not mandatory anymore and now it works like a charm! 🙌
