If you want to invite people one at a time, create a button to send that person an email with a link to their Stacker login (email) credentials embedded in the email. Basically using a link something like this:
<https://yourappnamepath/login?email=youremail@yourdomain.com>
The URL formula for the email button can use the mail to syntax to pre-populate your email message. When the person gets the email, they can click the link to be presented with their login dialog box, but that still means that they’ll need to go through the process of getting a login code emailed back to them. On the user record in Stacker X, you can create a section in the layout that only admins (and/or others you define) can see, with this button on it, so only they can send the email notice asking someone to please login to your app. As many have noted before me, this is one area that very much needs improvement and streamlining in Stacker X.

uhhh I think I’m going crazy….I don’t seeCustomer Access
l
I keep forgetting that Customer Access in not in the latest Stacker X. Customer Access is available in all Workspaces created before 1st October 2021. You are probably working in a newer environment. My bad. Here’s the Stacker help section on that: https://support.stackerhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409758155539-Customer-Access

@abundant-dinner-65974 Thanks for the question. There are 2 ways of getting people into your app on the newest version of Stacker. There’s an Automatic mode and Manual mode. To simplify a bit, you can think of the Automatic mode as your users being managed through Airtable, while Manual mode is for managing users directly from Stacker. You can check and change the mode you’re using by clicking Users > Cog icon When your mode is set to Automatic, we expect you to handle all the invitations yourself. Any people you add to your Airtable will show up in Stacker on the next sync, so you can plan sending your invitations accordingly. When the mode is set to Manual, you can type in emails through Stacker. When you do that, those users will get a welcome email. The email will look something like the image attached here. You can still add emails through Airtable, but we won’t be sending emails to them. You will also need to enable them manually in Stacker by toggling them on. Image also attached.
