Once JS is enabled, any other apps can be integrated. Or are there any limitations?

Custom scripts are available on the Pro plan. If you have any, we can insert them for you. We do basic vetting of the scripts, and we cannot guarantee that every single will work, but the vast majority of them do. If you’re unsure and you’re on a lower plan we can temporarily turn on scripts to test if it works.
