Hey @witty-room-67787, We should be working and will make effort to work on major browsers, but I would say we definitely do not support IE. Even Microsoft begs people to update to Microsoft Edge every time they open IE 😅 The app should work on Chrome, Chromium based browsers, Safari, and Firefox. If your clients are using any of these, the issue is probably with something else and we should take a look.

thanks @elegant-eve-85294 - the issue is almost certainly with clients still using IE.... painful! 'The customer is always right' is too big a pill to swallow in this context!

I previously worked for a Shopify app developer, and customers would sometimes be using IE to try shopping on Shopify. It was theoretically possible, but it was a bad experience broken in a lot of ways. One way I used to pitch ditching IE to people was to tell them that they are putting themselves at risk because IE is not up to modern web standards. I then usually said that Microsoft is actively encouraging users to switch to Microsoft Edge, and it often seemed to seal the deal. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/faq/internet-explorer-microsoft-edge
