Hi @wonderful-restaurant-40374,
Admins will always see the Add New button. If you’ve removed the create permissions on the table this field is linking to, it shouldn’t show for app users covered by that permission.

You should be able to use the Preview as feature to verify what a specific app user is seeing

I would then recommend getting in touch with our support through the support widget. That’s the question mark icon in the app > Contact Us

We will need to know:
• Your Workspace URL
• Which user you’re previewing as
• The table where you set up permissions
• Which exact action button you’re using

It will also help if you can enable support login access. To do that, click your profile image in the lower-left corner > My settings > Support Login
