Hi Jeff – That sounds like a really painful experience, It seems like you’re in touch with the support team and identified the culprit (a rather surprising “reset nav” button) and they’re seeing what we can do in terms of restoring it.

The apps are there, but on my test app I know it's not allowing updates (assuming because the data is linked to airtable.)
