just an idea: do a soft delete (mark a kind of a "IsDeleted" field as TRUE) and filter the soft-deleted records out..?

You could set a checkbox and then use an Airtable script to delete the record if the box is checked. Assuming you use Airtable as the backend. This may also be possible with the Zapier integration. Haven't tried it myself.
