Hi @fierce-magazine-93673, Action buttons used within Stacker are used to update records and they can’t create new records. But there are a few other ways to do this. A few options to choose from that will work best for your workflow: 1. You could use the Action button with Zapier to create a new record when the Button is pressed (should work with all data sources) 2. Airtable Automations (if your data source is Airtable) 3. @fierce-magazine-93673 i believe there is a feature request for associating actions (such as button clicks) with users (who actually clicked the button), which might enable this sign-up scenario of yours. until then, i'd say you're better off with a (embedded/linked) form that pushes data into your backend system (we do it this way currently)
