Role updates sometimes taking a bit to propagate is currently expected, though we might revisit this in the future.

There’s no way to speed up the process right now—at least that I know of. That said, I’ll double-check with the engineering team and get back to you.

I can confirm that the way roles update can be instant, but it can also take up to a minute or two to be reflected. There’s no way to speed this up right now.
