😅 wait that sounds like the support system we built out for our organization! But seriously, even if they didn't want to build out a custom system ... I think the Stacker team is using Intercom. When we demoed it for our org, it seemed like we could have preset groups. And if users were submitting from the same email domain, I wouldn't think it would be too difficult...
