@flaky-vr-9997 If the API key and the base sharing link stay the same, then yes. If any of it changes, you can: • Get in touch with support to change the sharing link • Change the API key yourself by going to App Settings > Data sources > Three dots next to the data source > Edit Settings > Update sharing link password > API key If the sharing link changes, just make sure you don’t make any structural changes (editing the names of tables/fields/base before the swap is done. Otherwise you might risk losing your app layouts.

@elegant-eve-85294 thanks for the response. if the workspaces are in the same org (ie, i own both workspaces), would the API key stay the same. Also, I don't have any knowledge of specific base sharing settings that I have explicitly set. Should I assume that the same ones will transfers.

@flaky-vr-9997 Airtable doesn’t mention anything in their help docs, so I believe both the API key and the sharing link should stay the same. I have tested moving my own base, and the sharing link seems to be intact.

Hi Seb, I tested it on a new base and think everything should remain the same.

Airtable API key is related to the user, not to the workspace.
