Cart-ography question! Has anyone ever researched/purchased a cart that can: • Be wheeled around for a festival • Carry groceries and you can wheel it on foot • Can be hitched to the back of a bike? Product recommendations welcome

This is our cart. It is capable of everything you said and is awesome. Adapting for bicycle is not as straight forward but it's designed to also be towed by an ATV so it could be made to work https://gorillacarts.com/product/gor-2345/

nice, thanks!!

It's been great at many events. It breaks down flat too. 3 big differences in gorilla carts are the weight capacity, the interior size of the cart, and the wheel size

i got rear-ended yesterday on the freeway (very scary 😞 but i’m ok) and now we’re like “but how will we get groceries without a car…?” we’re gonna be trying out dat car-free lifestyle, even just for a week or two while it’s in the shop, and this will help

I have a foldable cloth cart with wheels that bent the first time I used it off-road. Would not recommend.
@cool-pizza-44770 & @clean-army-21719 have a crappy old Burning Man ice-run bike trailer cart I’m sure they’d lend you if you want to try biking around with a trailer.
I personally wouldn’t do it without an electric bike. Extra weight sucks hard, even on the slightest of hills.

I learned how to drive when I was 24 and living in Los Angeles. Prior to that, I bought my groceries by riding my bike, so I bought this basket because it could hold two full paper grocery bags of stuff. When that bike got stolen, I immediate bought another one of these baskets so I could put it on my new bike. There are mesh models with smaller holes (tho mesh is structurally weaker) and there are removable models with handles like a shopping basket (I think that invites stealing), but this is the best and @square-country-13088 and @cool-pizza-44770 both bought it. Can hold two 24-packs of beer cans! No, it is not a cart, but it is an awesome cargo-holder for a bicycle. https://www.modernbike.com/product-2126250362
