Hi everyone 👋 I wanted to see if anyone is using Solidus with a multi-tenant store setup. We are looking to take advantage of the framework, but create a checkout for multiple stores as a service. Basically we would need multiple stores, with everything below that being scoped to those stores (orders, customers, gateways, etc.) Thanks in advance!

Hello @Dan! That’s definitely doable, we’ve done that in the past. This is a good starting point: https://nebulab.com/blog/how-to-switch-solidus-ecommerce-to-multi-tenant. The post might be a bit outdated, but in general, all the content should still be relevant.

I just started a similar project and seems that multi tenant sólidos store is pretty much easy with rails db roles and the middleware that switches connections, I’ll send to production in the following weeks and report back how it went!

@kennyadsl thanks for the link, going to read through it now!
Easiest way to explain it is we are building a alternative Shopify checkout.
So no store front is needed, just the checkout process.

That still applies I guess, the technology behind is the same. Looking forward to know more @Edwin Cruz
