@Sauce Bernays I'm not sure what your message has to do with the thread you posted it in, so I'm responding out here. I'm assuming you're referring to tests in the starter frontend. That has a separate release cycle, but we (Super Good, specifically Alistair and Sofia) are working on improving various aspects of that project, including addressing the issues with CI on it. The reality is that when people run into issues with the starter frontend when setting up apps, they are usually busy with the early stages of a project and don't always come back to contribute fixes upstream. Obviously, the on-boarding experience of a project is very important and that's why part of our team is focusing on it right now.

Sorry, I promise I did have something to say about factories that would’ve tied it together with what @Alex P said but Sunday morning distractions cut my thoughts short. I'd be happy to contribute fixes once I get through the setup, but I'm still not sure the scope of the problem with the specs so I'm keen to join conversations about them.
