Is it possible to maybe reduce the remaining iterations of 4 to non breaking changes and maybe make a release with deprecation notices? I have the impression while everybody is shying away from major releases stuff gets forced into minors of existing ones. While I really appreciate the release of the new promotion system I have the impression the ride was not exactly smooth given a lack of manual testing.
