Kooomo, Shopware, Infosys Equinox, Kibo, Oro, Unilog, Sana Commerce, and Scayle - they each have documentation and comparisons online. There are 10000s of niche tools used in the ecommerce world and builtwith.com is useful to track them. Udemy has courses on dropshipping which is one usecase to illustrate how various tools can be be deployed together.
