Hello Solidus 🙂 v2.10.2 The customer is able to go through the payment process but solidus isn’t registering it. Orders NOT being created in admin but ARE being created in stripe The order is not making it to completed state in solidus admin but is completed in Stripe. For example, customer made an order, order not created in admin. Order created in stripe (payment completed) with ID number. Order ID shows uncompleted status such as ‘Delivery’ in solidus admin. Help?

You're likely running the 'purchase' flow in stripe, where the user's credit card gets billed directly after entering the credit card details in the payment step, rather than the

authorize/complete

flow, where the user authorizes a certain amount, but only gets billed after order completion.

Mm interesting, its only happening on 3D secure orders, user is charged at SCA before they ever click "place order" ? @mamhoff

Without looking at your specific implementation, i don't think I can answer that :)

Sharon, if you have some kind of exception monitoring / APM going, you might be able to dig in there and see if something’s timing out on the Stripe side. If you don’t have that, you’d have to grep your logs which I don’t recommend
