If an order is confirmed, and you change the cart contents, shipments don’t update (no new shipment is created). Is this intended? If I increase the qty of an item in a package, it works. Adding a new item does not add the item to a package / stock location.

That makes sense, but how would we ever ship those new items then?

Or, how is it possible to delete items from a shipment and never have them shipped?

What circumstances would you have a confirmed order but then delete the items?

I would not, but its possible in the backend

I was playing around as I was testing a shipping integration and noticed I can get the order in an odd situation

Checking again now, it does create new shipments when adding items on a confirmed order. As well as a completed order.

I tried to recreate the problem but its not happening :slightly_smiling_face:
