@ryansiddle I was taking at X to one of the new maintainers of Spree and seems that the project is pretty active again. Anyways they extracted the storefront to a legacy gem, going in a opposite direction to what we should expect of a Rails e-commerce bundle that should leverage Rails strongpoints, moreover now with the revival of SSR.
