Serverless Stack

Hi - we just tried to run a deployment with the checkbox "Force deploy even if there are no changes" selected but the deployment didn't redeploy the lambdas (or anything else) so it seems the checkbox wasn't taken into account.

Basically we wanted to force a deployment so that the lambdas would cold start

To work around this we updated an env var

Leaving a note here. There was some confusion on how force deploy worked. The confusion has been clarified :ok_hand:

Yeah, I'd wrongly assumed that a force deploy would deploy all resources regardless of whether there had been any changes however this isn't the case.
