is there a way to test/practice sst without aws account (i have exhausted my free-tier options). Does sst stack has cli to do so? i would mostly be using cognito/apigateway/lambda/rds.

Hi <@U027W6Z3L6M> there isn't. If there were, that wouldn't be a reliable environment. But u can create multiple accounts to play around. AWS organizations let's u organize those accounts.

Btw, which service did u hit the free tier limit on?

I am not sure if free tier is based on services (i could be wrong). My understanding is that when you sign up you get 1 year of free tier for basic services.

The services you mentioned are usage based not time based so you should be okay there
