Hi @Richie Khandelwal I have run massive events in the US from here. While it is not easy, I would say that it is definitely, not, not possible. It requires better coordination and planning. By adopting a 'checklist' format, building strong relationships with vendors, and solid communications with everyone involved- it is doable. Happy to share specific insights if needed.

Hi @Richie Khandelwal, Been running field marketing initiatives for Whatfix globally (US + EMEA + Australia) for the last 3 years. It is TOTALLY possible to run the show successfully sitting out of India but requires a lot of planning, coordination, and relationship building. Also, there are bound to be last minute goof ups irrespective of how well you plan and coordinate. In those cases it becomes more about damage limitation.
