ZoomInfo is good overall. Lusha is good for phone numbers. Zoominfo has no separate plans for Indian customers. I think it's about $500 a month. If you want cheaper alternatives apollo, SalesQL etc. are better.

We are using zoominfo and the plan costs around $15,000 per year where we are getting 15000 credits. If you export the data from the zoominfo than only it's going to deduct the credits as per the number of contacts you export. You can view contacts and copy paste individual contacts email, contact number for that it's not gonna chrge any credits. In most cases the mobile numbers are not available and it sometimes can share the business email of person who left the organization. Not sure about Lusha.

Have you also tried: • SeamLess(dot)ai • Crunchbase • LinkedIn Sales Nav • Apollo

In my experience Zoominfo is good for a bulk enrichment use case and not for an SDR or BDR. Their data has always led to lesser SQLs when compared against a peer and also is generally less accurate. If this is to arm sales reps for prospecting, I would suggest you to look beyond Zoominfo. Lusha, LeadIQ, Seamless.ai, Apollo are alternatives I would suggest in that order.
Also, be very wary of Zoominfo's hidden pricing during renewal.

Zoominfo is a more premium option than Lusha, but both are pretty poor options budget pending. If you have the opportunity to invest in a real data enrichment/prospecting tool I'd reccomend you look at Demandbase - Sales Intelligence cloud - it'll give you contact/account data that will help your team prioritize outreach based on top engagement, intent, web traffic etc. This smart reporting will also help your team decrease sales cycles, increase velocity & generate more pipeline (sourced/influenced) from your TAL/TAM.
