Run a weekly newsletter to customers & partners. Naming the newsletter, ideating and experimenting with formats, playing the role of editor, and writing the bite-sized news and tips content weekly. 2. Owning our blog strategy, defining content pillars, and working with external writers to maintain a steady cadence of posts throughout the year. 3. Strategizing our social media presence and working with the Director of Marketing to determine the right channels to focus on. Owning a social media calendar and finding opportunities for us to participate or interact with our audiences. 4. Launch and amplify campaigns that would include assets like landing pages, videos, and ebooks. 5. Coming up with new ideas where our brand can show up digitally (Reddit much?) with value-add content for our audiences. 6. Work with the Product Marketing Manager to deliver the product value proposition and features through website updates, emails, digital ads, events etc. 7. Develop materials for the sales team to move people down the funnel (i.e. case studies, ROI calculator, battle cards, etc.) 8. Interview industry experts within the team (sales, product, customer success) and create educational, thought leadership, and expert content for the market What will the role be measured on? Number of content marketing pieces published per week. Organic website traffic. Session-to-contact rate. Sales opportunities generated from inbound (SQLs).
