Set up, drive and optimize marketing automation 2. Leverage key digital channels and paid media to drive brand and product awareness, consideration and leads in new and existing customers segments 3. Ensure accurate conversion tracking on all assigned campaigns 4. Manage paid media campaigns across all PPC channels 5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 6. Perform search/social marketing competitive analysis using industry tools 7. Use data and analytics to develop critical insights and continuously optimize Needl’s campaigns and results 8. Deliver regular campaign reporting and recommendations 9. Develop a deep understanding of our customers to nurture them through our funnel 10. Plan and execute effective SEO programs including keyword research and forecasting for current and new campaigns 11. Be across the latest Martech developments, evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate What will the role be measured on?
