Tough one. Have seen writers charge between INR5000 to USD300. Imo, the research part will probably not make a big difference.

3 to 4 rupees/word for experienced writer. Rs.3000 to 4000 (approx)

Few days back was going through Better Capital's website, and found this website known as WittyPen, I haven't used their services, but as mentioned on their website, they charge around, INR 1400 to INR 3000.
