It this is for sales 1 to Many sequences - what works best is dividing the ICP on 3 params- Niche, Role or JTBD, Region If for marketing drip: what works is sending resources (webinars, white papers, case studies) related to the topic they engaged with most. Example: If the topic they engage with is "workflows in CRM" send them other stuff related to workflows so their lead score could go up to a level that you are confident enough to hand it over to sales.
