Start with absolutely low volume keywords (long tail). Use zero volume keywords (these convert the most). Find these keywords via reddit, Quora, Google "search suggestions", Google "People also ask", Google "related searches".
Focus on topic clusters. Optimize pages for schema. Internal linking.
