Done it using Chillipiper

I have done this using Chillipiper in the past. Need to figure out Calendly for this particular use case
s
Calendy sales reps were not interested in showing me this use case and neither were their CS. Had to move to Chillipiper

Strange
@Aquibur Rahman Can Mailmodo trigger an email follow up with available timeslots?
s
Haven't done this. But one way you can try is add a script to load the rep's calendly picker on HubSpot form submission success event.
r
Yeah I was thinking on the same lines
@Aquibur Rahman It will be crazy if Mailmodo could do this
s
Chillipiper was the first thing that came to mind after reading this. Remember the time they demoed it for us back in 2019 @Sid. It was such an effective reachout by the SDR.
@sv410_ can help here ^
s
Oh yes. Even @ Verloop their SDR was super quick. Guessing they have a great SDR playbook
r
Do you wanna hear one of their cold calls? DM 👀 They are really good

Hey @Rahul Rajvanshi Mailmodo does it already. You just need to integrate the calendly account and you can trigger the email showing available slots. Let me know if you want to try that out.
r
Seems like the only way to do this with a picker tool is - Wordpress "Book a Demo" CTA> Calendly Embed> Calednly Hubspot Integration pushes data in Hubspot
s
Have you explored Zapier?
r
Yes
Chilipiper is the best though.
m
You can embed the Hubspot Meeting itself, why integrate it with Calendly
s
We did this with Integromat
k
We've done the same @Mansi Peswani
r
@Mansi Peswani @Ketan Pandit@Sunil Hubspot meeting is a sales starter feature if I am not wrong - we are only on the marketing hub plan
k
Thanks right.
s
Yes
s
We are also using Chili Piper but there might be a workaround for Calendly, Can you please let me know how you are assigning the reps as in Geography based or how?
