before I share my recco, I think you need to hire someone/have someone in the team to do indepth research to score on all those expectations. the more specific requirements your use case has, lesser chances a recommendation from outside company will meet your demands (unless they are automation consultant or so) I must admit i havent used enough of sequences/platforms for this use case recently. But how about hubspotโ€™s own email platform? tried it? I have heard good things recently about sendinblue as well.

Hey Rohit! :) Heard good about Sendgrid, haven't used it personally. We use Moosend currently for newsletters although I'm not sure if it fits the entire checklist. It's great tool, but.

Intercom can handle event-based email trigger + native integration with Hubspot + A/B test + Workflow automation but definitely not cheaper.

Hi Rohit, +1 on Sendgrid. We are currently using Sendgrid to send out trigger-based emails. It also offers automation and A/B testing. May suit your needs well.

Mailmodo. We use them at Factors.ai and also know friends at Rocketlane had used them for their Propel event

But event based email triggers are a workflow usecase. Not sure if Mailmodo solves for the same

Wouldn't suggest any of the email marketing platforms for outbound cold sales emails. HubSpot's own email marketing automation is great for it's own triggers. Sendinblue is good for pure marketing emails/newsletters and automation - will work for 3rd, 4th and 5th pointers that you have mentioned. Also has an integration with HS. For 1 and 2, would suggest that you stick to HS only. @Rohit

Thanks everyone! I'm gonna give a try to Mailmodo & Sendgrid.

@Rohit bhau you looking for one tool for both marketing and sales emails? If not, for sales sequences you can try Outplay (has Workflow automation & A/B testing functionality + multichannel).

Yes @Shobhit Gaur bhau.. currently using HubSpot for sales emails & Mailchimp for marketing emails.. Wanted to have everything at once place.. HubSpot marketing hub is costly given the number of active contacts we have

If youโ€™re still on the hunt, would highly recommend customer.io. Extremely flexible and powerful. If you can play with APIs, then it'll be a game changer. Drawback: you can't see exhaustive reporting like HubSpot. But then again, HubSpot is a different beast altogether.

Autopilot is a great tool
