Don't have a template as such but we use a kanban board in JIRA and different tasks are assigned as below: Project owners/assignees = marketing managers, who breakdown projects into individual tasks for every resource type. So project P1, will have tasks, D1 for design, assigned to marketing designer C1 for content, assigned to content manager E1 for engineering, assigned to web engineer for tasks related to landing page, forms etc. ...and so on. To add to that, in case of a single person getting assigned multiple tasks. For example, a content writer ending up with 5 tasks for their sprint, will work with their manager to decide on the priority of the task. This is a common occurrence with content, design and engineering with multiple conflicting timelines.
