You could use a hidden form field to capture the utm parameters or the full url.

I am not sure of Zoho forms but any MAP with tracking code added across the website tracks the entire journey of the lead. Or as @theanand suggested, you could capture those UTMs, store them in cookies and pass them in hidden fields on your form.
