Primer @Srikrishna Factors.ai I used metadata @Shubham - i personally like their support and operations. They can also help you with audience building / campaign optimisations etc. If you are comparing it with clearbit I can def vouch for metadata.

We are partners with Primer. I think they are much cheaper and more effective than Metadata on Audience building. They don't do campaign management.
