I use google calendar for my tasks. I have used Notion and ClickUp in the past but didnt work well for me. I set a timeline for every task so it is easy to check on the writers.

Using Jira in Marketing (too) can help a lot when multiple people are involved. The marketing team at VWO operates in sprints and it's been very smooth

After trying multiple different ways like Trello + Google docs Basecamp Slack + Notion My team feels, having a google sheet is the best way to manage the whole process. Although we still use multiple different options for communication, payments etc but most of the work is done through Google sheets + docs

I am using Trello + Google docs Works for me. Also I have seen notion work for many.

You can consider using content marketing platforms like welcome or contently if you are doing this at scale. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, then notion, Monday.com, or Basecamp should work.
