I have used a couple of them from appsumo, but nothing that can be used directly in a campaign without tweaks. I currently use it to get some inspiration for ad copies while starting the process.

I use copy.ai but only as thought starters. Nothing more.

Copy.ai is good for generating rough drafts and working on ideas. But you'd definitely need to sit and put in work to make it anything worthwhile.
