check out paperflite or gtmbuddy (@Sunil) we’ve reached a stage where there’s so much content that sales teams find gsheets too cumbersome to browse and slack takes too much time to search

Folder and an excel sheet with all type of collaterals and their links mapped out. Make sure all docs/sheets/pdfs have edit access org wide and no restricted access. Apps such as Highspot can be synced with Salesforce and used too.

As a free of cost solution, I have found Airtable + URL shorteners to be the best. Each content van have multiple columns (like industry, stage of funnel, last modified, and many more) and the URL can be the short URL. You can track clicks as well.
