Hi Mayank, I use copy.ai to brainstorm with myself and then write on good ol' Word (work) or gdoc (fun/freelance). I sometimes run my text through Hemingway Editor, but not always. I don't like Grammarly but use their Chrome extension. Keywords generally from SEO team or I check on Google Planner.
